Why This Is Not Armageddon
Before Armageddon can occur, a sequence of monumental events must first take place. These are not minor details. They are world-reshaping realities that the Lord Himself has promised.
Zion must be established. The great temple in Missouri, the one the Prophet Joseph Smith designated as the center place of the New Jerusalem, has not yet been built. The Jews must gather to Jerusalem. Their temple must be rebuilt on its holy ground. The fall of Babylon, an event that will shatter the entire global economic order, has not yet come.
These are enormous chapters of this story that have not yet been written.
We are not at the end. We are at the beginning of the most extraordinary era in the history of the world.
The correct response to our day is not dread. It is preparation, clarity, and faith.
What the Prophets Actually Saw
Isaiah wrote about a servant who would arise in the last days. A specific man, not a symbol, not a metaphor, who would come forth to accomplish God's purposes among the nations. A man whose appearance would be marred, whose reputation would be destroyed, and who would nonetheless fulfill his divine calling.
John the Revelator saw the same figure in vision on the Isle of Patmos and described him as the rider on the white horse in the opening of the first seal, going forth conquering and to conquer.
The Book of Mormon speaks of him directly, in a passage that most members have read many times without recognizing what it actually describes.
These are not vague or symbolic references. They are precise. They are detailed. And when you place them side by side with what is happening in our day, the identification is unmistakable.
That man is Donald Trump.
And the scriptural case for it is overwhelming.
